We talked with Guillermo "Memo" Valencia, Coach of Portland Timbers, about the m-station rebounders.
We got the new Munin Sports m-station Academy rebounder tool that we have started using in our goalkeeper sessions to work on crosses and to help us improve jumping and timing and all the in-game scenarios we do in training sessions.
With the rebounder, one of my favorite features is that we can move the angles; we can set it in an upright position for a fast rebound or adjust for more high balls and a lot of different scenarios, so it is really impressive the way we can work with the rebounder for goalkeeper sessions and even team training sessions.
We are very happy as a club and me personally as a goalkeeper coach to have this great rebounder to work with on a daily basis.
