RETURNS
Munin Sports have a 30-day return policy. If, for any reason, you want to return an item purchased online at muninsports.com, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of receiving it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, disassembled, and in the original packaging, including all parts, tools, and manual.
You must be able to provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that we only accept returns if the customer has contacted us before returning the goods and received guidelines for the return in advance. Prior to starting any step of the return procedure, please contact support@muninsports.com.
SHIPPING
Return of goods is at your own expense. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
When returning goods, you must ensure that they are securely packaged. You are liable for the package/goods until we receive them. We suggest using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Please keep your postal receipt and any tracking number, if applicable.

REFUNDS
When we receive the returned goods and check that they meet the requirements for your right to cancel, you will receive an email with the details of your returned goods.
We will also notify you if the item meets the conditions for a full refund. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a week.
